Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms cover the use of Custin, a CRM provided as a service. By signing up or signing in you agree to them on behalf of your organisation. A signed order form, where there is one, adds to these terms and wins where the two differ.
Your account
- Keep passwords and two-factor devices to yourselves; you are responsible for what is done under your users.
- Only add data you are allowed to hold, and give the people in it the notices the law requires.
- Do not use Custin to send spam, to break the law, or to probe or overload the service.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it while your account is active.
Trials, plans and payment
A trial is free for its stated length and then stops until a plan is chosen. Paid plans are billed as set out in your order form or invoice. Unpaid invoices may lead to the account being suspended after notice; data is kept during a suspension.
Connected services
Integrations with Meta, Google, telephony providers and others are governed by those services’ own terms as well. If they change or withdraw access, the integration may stop working; we will tell you when we know.
Availability
We work to keep Custin available and backed up, but the service is provided as it is. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it, and neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
Ending
Either side may end the service under the notice in your order form, or at the end of a billing period if there is none. After it ends you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
